In Napa Valley, 90+% of Home and Auto insurances are written by Direct Writers, namely State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, AAA, Geico, 21st Century, etc. Each represents 1 insurance company. 10% or less, are written by brokers with fewer than 3 companies or less. JACOBS represents 12 Homeowner and 18 Automobile insurance companies.
2. Producers (sales consultants) will explain, in writing, exactly what our prospect is and is not purchasing and why.
3. Claims turned into the 90+% of direct writers are turned over to their claims department disallowing your agent any power to influence the outcome of a claim. Even the brokers don’t get too concerned over a problem you might have, because they are more concerned about their commercial lines business. I know, I was one. 4. When a homeowner experiences a fire or theft, it is almost impossible to remember every item of personal property you own. To remedy this, JACOBS provides at no cost, a videographer to memorialize your possessions. He will be bonded, of course.
5. Our producers will be empowered to review your home, your coverages and give you a quote and bind coverage on the spot. After accepting our proposal, the only decision you must make is who will inform your agent. It’s easy, our producer will.
6. Do you realize how long it takes for folks to learn which service provider they should use from the roofer to pedicurist? There will be approximately 150 different classifications and since most of JACOBS crew are natives, we will provide three quality providers in each class. We will save our Clients time, money and heartache. Access to this list will be on our website.
7. Quarterly, we will send out news emails that will keep our Clients informed of new developments as we learn them.
